Class or Workshop Cancellation Policy
Our apologies for having to require everyone to comply with either a 15 or a 30 day cancellation policy. While most of our classes and workshops use the 15 day cancellation policy, some do require the 30 day cancellation policy. You will be informed as to which applies when you register for a class or workshop with us. These are designed to protect the participants, the instructor, and the Art Supply from last minute cancellations which would make a workshop or class fail. Some of these instructors fly here for workshops and make flight arrangements well in advance. We appreciate your understanding.
15 Day Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the first class will be given a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 8-14 days of the first class will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the first class will not be refunded.
30 Day Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. There are no exceptions. You may fax a letter (949) 369-9304) to cancel your spot in a workshop. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone due to the potential for human error.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the first day of the workshop, we will refund your tuition in full.
If you cancel 29 days or less before the first day of the workshop you will not be refunded.
However, a friend or family member may attend the workshop in your place or you may donate your spot to a scholarship or financially needy student.
If we are able to fill your spot with another fully paying student we will refund your tuition even if it is less than 30 days prior to the class or workshop.
